The location was very convenient and central to everything we needed. The halls and room smell heavily of cigarettes eventhough it was a non smoking building. We had a hard time breathing and were coughing our entire trip. There was also black mould on some of the towels in our room. We were only there for two nights and barely in the room and didnt bother to move, but would have chose a better hotel for the pricepoint.

The room was excellent but a bit small as was so close to the elevator so they should consider that room to be a lesser rate. Besides that the staff was excellent, they constantly cleaned everywhere. My daughter loved the fact that housekeeping even took the time to tuck in her stuffed animals in bed after it was made it. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and if management is reading this............your staff should get a raise.

Well located in Brooklyn : 30 minutes from beach or from Manhattan. Good breakfast, friendly staff, feeling safe. Store and restaurants near by. Good room service, hotel is clean. Je recommande et j’y retournerais :)

Upon checking in several persons including self, disappointed by way staff dealt with customers. Room very micro - 2 persons in a room is two much, the rooms are so small. Nothing great for breakfast. Upon checking OUT, staff took receipt for Deposit made for any damages but didn’t immediately move to return money - pretended not to know or understand until questioned about it then expressed misunderstanding but no apology. Not likely to use again once have other options.
