Perfect location for theatre district

I wish I’d discovered this place years ago rather than wasting money on hotels where you can’t even get a coffee without paying ludicrous room service charges. The mini kitchen had everything you could need (including a corkscrew). And the front desk staff were without exception exemplary in their friendliness and professionalism. I’ll definitely be back.

I was attending an exhibition at MOMA so this hotel was perfect for me as far as proximity to the museum and transport to the airports. The hotel is in a well maintained vintage building surrounded by many different eating options in addition to having a great restaurant on it's premises, inthe room you have a microwave, fridge and dishes. One thing to note, because of it's proximity to times square, it can be a little noisy at night.. The icing on top is that the front desk personel are pleasant and professional. I will definitely stay at this property again.

It's a beautifully preserved historic building, and having the kitchen and laundry facilities was convenient. But what really stood out was the atmosphere – you could almost feel the history in the walls. It just had this calm, charming character that made the whole place feel special and welcoming. And the great, professional staff!

Convenient in many ways.

They were very welcoming and checked our luggage before and after check out allowing us to get more sightseeing in than if we were stuck with suitcases. The pull out sofa should have a mattress cover for all the right reasons but for an old hotel the only noticeable thing was the hot water took a while to get hot-but there was plenty. Small kitchen and table were nice. Thanks!!!

We arrived early and planned to drop off our bags. They had a room ready so we were able to check in early. We also love that there is a kitchen as we generally have leftovers from meals and can bring them back

The hotel was in a good location. The staff was helpful in putting two units near one another for us. The apartments were clean and functional. The one issue was poor hot water pressure to our units. Otherwise; a good stay.

The hotel met all of our needs for in terms of location for our stay. The staff was friendly. The rooms were older but clean. It was loud at night mostly because of location as well - we were too tired from our busy days to notice though! Recommend.

This is a great location. It’s right smack in the middle of the theater district. Lots of walkable sites to see. We arrived early and they had a room ready so we were able to check in early. The room was clean. It was on the second floor which was great as far as not having to wait for the elevator, you could just walk the one flight of stairs down. Staff was efficient and helpful. They even stored our bags on our last day since our flight left in the afternoon after checkout. There were 2 minor issues. As I stated, we were in the 2nd floor which is an access point for worker and it is a like a roof. We had windows that opened, unfortunately there were garbage bags for our view. (I suppose we could have asked them to move them, but we didn’t) the other minor issue was that they have a radiator system for room heat and it was warm!! They ended up coming in and turning it off for us. Overall, it was a nice stay though. I would recommend and probably stay here again.

Great Stay

Loved everything about our stay. We were able to check in early and our apartment was perfect. Just a short walk around the corner to Times Square. Front desk was always friendly when we passed by.
