The rooms are teeny and the condition of the property is fine, but the staff is absolutely wonderful and incredibly helpful; plus the breakfast choices are great. It is an amazing location. We stay there every time we’re in NYC for a show.

Shower water temp was somewhat difficult to control. It was either super hot or ice cold. Otherwise, this is my favorite hotel of choice, and have stayed there many times. Definitely one of my favorite hotels.

This is a beautiful property. The staff was exceptional. The food was also exceptional. The only issue we had at all was that we got the corner suite and it was small. It was a beautiful room though with a good view. Thank you for the great service!
