A very efficiently designed room. Energy-saving, streamlined features. Comfortable bed, beautiful oversized shower, and huge bath towels. Perfect spot near Broadway theaters and restaurants.

Ok standard close to Times Square

The hotel is located comfortably nearby Times Square. The room was clean. It was overcrowded. There were lines to check-in, lifts, breakfast. Food at the breakfast was an all-inclusive standard, nothing to remember well. The room had a glass wall between bathroom and the bedroom, which was not too comfortable for a family stay.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. Overall, it was clean and well-organized, which contributed to a comfortable experience. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, which was appreciated. The breakfast offered a good variety of food options and was enjoyable. I would certainly consider returning in the future.

All staff that I interacted with were polite and the hotel lobby is beautiful. I had 2 problems. First was at check in, the agent didn’t know the address for parking. They asked another agent and I was given the wrong address. 2nd booked a room that had 2 double beds and pullout sofa to my surprise the room had a see through glass shower had to shower with the lights offs. Strange choice for a hotel room reccommended for families.
