Staff were polite and accommodating. Room wax huge, with beautifully clean bathroom and brilliant complimentary cosmetics. Central location within half a block of Times Square. The only slight detraction was that you had to queue for breakfast, although the selection was immense, and staff more than accommodating.

Perfect for our visit

We couldn’t have been more pleased with this hotel. They were helpful and our room was very nice. We went to see the Christmas lights and found this hotel central to all of our needs.

I was honestly disappointed with the food options at the hotel. Also, it was very noisy on our hallway. Kids were running up and down the hallways till late at night and early in the morning again.
