Super friendly and helpful staff. The location, whilst very central and convenient for everything, was calm and peaceful in the evening for New York. The onsite restaurant was superb. By far the best hotel we have stayed at in New York. Highly recommended!!

The hotel accommodations were great (except for lack of a refrigerator in our room). The staff members are outstanding. The location is walkable, directly across from Bryant Park, and near so many entertainment and dining options.

very comfortable room, espresso maker in the room, beautiful bathroom. And that 6th floor outdoor terrace, with bar, table seating is worth checking out. What a view of Bryant Park! This is a gem.

Travelled with teen aged daughter on our first trip to NY for a cruise. Hotel room was clean and bathroom was lovely. It was cosy with a view of park. We enjoyed drinks on deck 6 roof top deck. I will come back for sure. Loved the calmness of Bryant Park vs the chaos of Time Square.
