Just not a pleasant neighborhood. Quality inn itself is dated, smelled pretty bad, felt unclean. It's pretty much a motel.

This property is in need of some updating. The toliet seat was cracked and ceiling was peeling. There was lots of noise in hallway. Airport shuttle is not to terminal but to the AirTrain.

It was advertised that parking would be free but we were charged $25 for each vehicle, there were fights, loud banging of doors, very unsafe as the parties became aggressive. This was around 2am so we were all up fearing the outcome. There was no tea nor hot water. The property is just poorly managed as the staff blames management for everything

Receptionist was nice and helpful. I wanted to know where can I get food and she gave me some great recommendations. The only downfall is the walls are paper thin, there was a couple arguing and I heard the whole argument at 1:30a. They have a great selection of breakfast in the morning, which was actually surprising. Parking was not bad, was able to park across the street and didn’t get a ticket. Rooms are small, but it’s ok if you’re only there for a day and that translates into only a couple hours to sleep. Very close to airport which I needed to be at by 11a, left hotel at 9:50a and was there by 10a. Will come back if necessary.

I stayed one night at this hotel in Feb 2025. I had a mistake in my booking that ended up charging me two nights instead of one, yet was never able to reach the manager of the hotel to address it. While the staff at the front desk were friendly, the manager was completely unresponsive to phone, email, or any other attempt at communication from Expedia. While the bathroom of my hotel room was clean, my bed had hair in it. The hotel does offer free transportation to and from JFK airport, and my driver was friendly. I hate to leave a bad review for the hotel given how nice the on-the-ground staff were, but I was extremely disappointed by my stay and regret choosing this hotel for my one-night layover at JFK.

Arrived to check in and the first interaction with front desk was one of the worst ones ever rude to be precise. People outside my window playing loud music, loud next door neighbor, Broken mirror in the bathroom. The fire alarm went off on the floor I was staying and front desk looed at me like howd that my problem. He wasn't even aware the alarm was going off and felt bothered that I was making him work... The hallway and room smelled awful by far one of the worst stays anywhere. Never again.

Don't go there

After check out hotel charge my 1 $ with out my authorization whey call to the front desk lady told me to come back and they will give me a cash back i living 150 miles away i will not drive that distance for pick up 1$ when I tell lady on phone I will report a fraud transaction she dropped phone, SO I CALL MY BANK AND I MAKE A FRAUD CLAM. COSTUMER OF THIS PLACE CHECK YOUR ACCOUNTS BECAUSE I THINK IS NOT HAPPENING ONLY FOR ME
