So I knew I would be sharing a room with one unknown person which was okay but I should have requested the lower bunk as the ladder was extremely steep and I have 2 wonky knees. Also my towel was taken away for laundry and there was no towel for my last evening and morning. The security personnel got me a new towel but I had asked at the desk before I went out for the evening and no towel was delivered to my room until I went looking for security. The kitchenette was super great- well stocked with equipment and the full sized frig was fantastic with the labels attached to the side. I don’t think I would ever return unless I could get a room of my own in Business class. I am too old to be sharing with so many nice but young people!

Clean and quiet. Easy check and a security guard on site. It was too hot in my bunk. Asked to turn down the thermostat but noone came by. Me and my roommates were sweating in bed. I could not sleep because of the warmth. I would still recommend NAP York.
