Staff here is great, very responsive and friendly. We were very late arriving due to a delayed train and Kareem couldn't have nicer. Breakfast at the restaurant was excellent. Very easy to walk to shows. Rooms are small, which is advertised, but functional and bed was comfortable. For a 2 night getaway it was quite nice. I'd stay here again.

There aren’t a lot of good choices in the Times Square neighborhood. But the Motto is a decent option, though with very small rooms that are perfect for a solo traveler but might feel claustrophobic for a couple

Highly recommend.

Room was small but well equipped. Beds were very comfortable and the room stayed cool. Nice escape from the record breaking heat!! Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly and I felt very safe the entire time!!
