Our suite was changed multiple time since the balcony door would not lock. During our initial greeting the staff were made aware that I do not drink alcohol, however, after numerous complaints they put a bottle of champagne out for us, which was retuned. They never did fix the lock on the balcony door and managements customer services was horrible.

We loved the room! The location! Personal was very nice and helpful. There is no coffee in the room, no restaurant or room service at the moment and we found that inconvenient a bit. They give vouchers for coffee place across the street, great coffee and very nice crew.Nice restaurants around the block.
