Low quality housing

This was like staying in a hostel or a low quality dorm room. The people at the desk or cleaning people were good, but the rooms were very uncomfortable, and very unsuitable for a single woman traveling alone or a family. It might be fine for young men traveling alone that prefer low cost over comfort.

No microwave in room. beds were too small more like kids' beds. never have to pay for parking at other hotels, $20.00 was to steep.

Unneccesarily difficult to check in. I didn't fill out the pre-check in link they sent (never have to do this with other hotels), then when we arrived, the receptionist had me scan a QR code to fill it out on my phone instead of just...checking me in. The form autofilled using Google Pay, which used a CC under my husband's name, so then the receptionist asked for a copy of my husband's ID to allow me to check in. He wasn't traveling with me, meanwhile I had the physical CC in my hand with my name on it. It took almost 30 min just to check in bc of jumping through these hoops. The property was clean and comfortable, breakfast was good/standard, but I will probably look elsewhere on my next trip to avoid the annoyance.

Great hotel for New York

Although we did not encounter any real issues, this is not a 3 and 1/2 star, 8.8 out of 10 hotel. It was nice to see a fully staffed kitchen area preparing breakfast, as well as a 5 minute walk from the subway. However, we did not see a smile on any of the employees at any time. Room 122 had the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in and a 24" TV to boot. It also had a stand-up shower while other rooms seem to have a full. I'm personally offended at how uncomfortable this bed was. Unfortunately we will avoid the next time we travel to NYC.

Super and inexpensive hotel

Excellent hotel in noon prime part of New York with super location next to Subway. Modern and spacious rooms. Good American breakfast with some cereal availability. Relatively inexpensive. Wonderful staff at all levels

This is a clean, no frills hotel. The rooms are reasonable sized, beds comfortable and clean. No carpeting which is good. Breakfast is ok and the coffee pretty good. We will be back.
