Got hit with a $100 "facilities charge" as soon as I arrived. I asked what facilities I was paying for, there wasn't a lot. I remember them saying that coffee and tea was available on the 2nd floor.... which I don't think justifies $100. Generally pleasant spot.

Grassy. Quiet and comfy beds. Didn’t feel the need for 2nd floor room with coffee & water, facility fee wasn’t necessary. Bar and restaurant were good. Great location for walking and subway. Good service by all hotel staff.

Well maintained boutique hotel on 35th Street which was in convenient walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and Empire State Building. Friendly and helpful staff, nice room with comfy bed and clean, rainfall shower. Complimentary water bottles and free water (2nd floor) was a great perk.

This hotel is absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and personable staff. I love the 2nd floor lounge area where you can get coffee, water, snacks. It was a very nice touch. The room was a great size, clean, comfortable and the housekeeping team was lovely. I already booked another stay for July. This is going to be my go to hotel whenever I come to New York!

I thought this was perfect for my 2 day trip. I was on the top floor. It was so quiet and clean. The room was tastefully decorated and had everything I needed. The service was friendly and the location was very central. I would stay here again.

Very kind front desk! When we were checking out, the front desk asked if we needed to order a ride which is very kind of them. Also got some free water bottles which is nice. The location is really great too especially since we were visiting for a concert at MSG. Also, the room we had was pretty big considering the size of rooms in NYC. Would stay again!

Great Experience, Cheers!

Loved the daily free glass of prosecco. Room was clean, updated and reasonably comfortable. A/C unit was a bit loud, but other than that had a very enjoyable stay.

This was, without question, one of the most disgusting hotel experiences I’ve ever had. My room was overwhelmed by a vile, stomach-turning stench—an unbearable mix of rancid oil and grease that had clearly seeped in from one of the Korean restaurants attached to the building. The smell was so putrid it made the room uninhabitable. Even worse, management is fully aware of this issue but continues to assign unsuspecting guests to these contaminated rooms. It’s not an isolated incident—it’s a known problem, ignored for the sake of occupancy. A staff member sent to “inspect” the room physically flinched the moment he walked in, which says everything you need to know. If you have any sense of hygiene, comfort, or self-respect, do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. This isn’t just a bad stay—it’s an absolute disgrace.
