Rooms & bathrooms are too small. Lifts takes forever time to come. Stayed for 3 days, breakfast buffet menu is same everyday no variety. Just the location of hotel is good.

Management is awesome and staff is very nice. Good breakfast and convenient location. On site restaurant is great for a quick bite and Mercato restaurant right next door has authentic and delicious Italian food.

Disappointing check-in and breakfast–mediocre room

They changed my room type at check-in, saying they didn't have anymore what I reserved. Not for a better one, but one with a smaller bed. For breakfast it seemed like a jail cafeteria, with lines and lines, all disposable plates and utensils, and fairly low quality food.

It was a fantastic place to stay. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast was delicious. Our room was clean and quiet. It’s a few minutes walk to the closest subway station, but it’s not too bad if you don’t have your luggage.

The hotel was in a convenient location, easy to get to Times Square, the metro and plenty of restaurants. The room was definitely super small and compact. They said they upgraded me to a king room (due to my room not being ready). But it was still a queen. We had no actual room in the room to do nothing but lay down and watch tv when were in there.

I think the place was fairly decent. No issues, but I had to ask for extra handcloths and towels. But that was resolved quickly. Breakfast was fairly decent, too. People were also nice.

The Hyatt was very clean, and they had maid service everyday, which is becoming very rare. The free breakfast had lots of options, pancakes, bacon, bagels,toast, oatmeal, yogurt & then some. We stayed there 4 nights. They had a privacy screen on the window which was helpful because guests from the neighboring hotel could see into the room. Their building was about 30feet away. Even tho the room is small (most rooms in NYC are small unless you're paying the big bucks) it has everything we needed. Including an iron and board, fridge & safe. It's a great location just a few blocks from Broadway. The elevators were a bit slow. They have 4 elevators. But overall the stay was great.
