Street out side is super busy with delivery trucks and cars. The lobby was extremely crowded and the worst was a sewer smell in the lobby. I parked in front of hotel to check-in. Dropped off luggage in the room, went back to move my car and found a $115 parking ticket in it. Hotel staff said there were nothing they could do. We were also told parking was selfparkinf and there was a garage next to the hotel. Well. The garage is 3 blocks away and the cost is $60 per day. Our room was ok. Clean, nice bed and bath. However there was no desk. Also, bring water bottles to drink. Thee were 2 water bottles in the bedroom but they charge $6 per bottle if you drink them. You are better off staying in the Hyatt Centric nearby. Much better value.

A great stay

Nice hotel, Employees very friendly. There was always someone at the entrance to let you in. The breakfast was ok….to me not very selective ( maybe a New York thing) should be more options. Housekeeping was amazing! My room was clean each day….

The staff is really wonderful, really polite and helpful. The only issue we has was that everytime the room was cleaned, they only left three towells when our reservation was for five people. But the staff was kind and gave us the other after we asked for extra towells. The other good thing is the breakfast, they offer really good options.

The breakfast was great! Many different options available and it’s complementary. The shower was a bit small and the wait to get on the elevator is super long since there are almost 30 floors but besides that it’s a great stay. I felt safe and the hotel was very clean. Sleeping in their bed felt like i was on clouds. Overall 8.5/10!

Great hotel for price

Lobby smelled like there was a sewage issue, but the rooms were great and odor free thank goodness. Great location and walking distance from the train and bus stations. Very spacious room compared to most NY hotels. Staff was very friendly and attentive throughout property. I would stay again.

The staff was very nice and friendly. The breakfast food good. Unfortunately, the air conditioning did not work well in the room at night. It was fairly warm, which made it uncomfortable to sleep. You were not able to adjust the temperature.
