Our room smelled of marijuana and cigars so strong we could barely sleep. My son kept saying how weird he felt. In the morning they were smoking again by 8am. It was terrible. Also the room is super small and we paid for two queen beds, but they are two full size beds. The ac also was very odd. It was either freezing or hot and muggy with the windows all fogged up. Bathroom door also doesn’t close and the room is so dark.

Excellent staff, great food and bar experiences, hats off to the staff! Roof top bar was very cool! Location was centrally located, so much to see and do within walking distance, right off Broadway, Central Park. We had a great time, and the Hendricks was the best!

The service was excellent. Very attentive and they provide free bottled waters daily to your room. Hotel is located in a great area and walking distance to many high end restaurants and shops. Definitely recommend to anyone and everyone!

The hotel was great and the view from the 25th floor was beautiful but the view from the rooftop bar was breathtaking. The beds were comfortable and the service was top tier. Highly recommend.
