Good spot near by everywhere at NoMad!

Bedroom is not bad, but I have upgraded to premium I though bathroom would be bigger in bathtub, which is didn’t included and also I was told we were coming from Miami for my birthday and valentine which is no surprises! After checking in the room later 15 mins room service opened the door without knocking he was told there is a gift for you (it’s just snack)

They were not attentive at all, their excuses was that they were “busy” and had a total of 2 people in the lobby when they gave this excuse. The lady at the counter with the glasses and black hair… So nasty, rudest most unnecessary person in the building. You would think she would have some class working at the front desk but she doesn’t. The room was super dirty and had stains all over the floor and chairs. Terrible experience I’d save your money from staying here.

Cleaning staff entered out room while we were sleeping and then quickly left after realizing we were in the room. No one told us when to call the front desk regarding getting our car from valet. We had to wait a long time for our car and was told it could be 30 mins to an hour. The shower did not drain in the room and was very dirty.

Lovely entrance and lobby. Overall nice hotel, although our shower wasn’t properly draining the water and there was a bad smell in the bathroom. Person checking me in at the front desk clearly forgot that I was waiting for my room in the lobby, making me wait almost 2h.

I enjoyed my stay, it has a beautiful lobby and the rooms are comfortable and have nice accommodations. My TV kept shutting off. I know you don’t go to NYC to stay in your hotel and watch TV but it’s a nice way to unwind and have something on and it was just a bit inconvenient to have them work on it during my down time.

I stayed at Hotel AKA NoMad and had a terrible experience. On my second night, I found a huge cockroach right next to my bed. While the hotel did move me to another room, not a single person acknowledged the issue with an apology or even the slightest gesture of compensation. I’m not sure if cockroaches in NYC hotels are a common thing or if AKA just doesn’t care, but either way, it was an unpleasant stay. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.
