The stay experience at this hotel, was quite memorable and accessible. The room in whole was clean and the included WiFi and tv which was very kind and convenient. I would book again in the future. Dirty room. 1st room wasn’t cleaned at all roach on the ceiling. Hole in the ceiling. Sink faucet broken. Soap dispenser missing. Towel had stains. Bed sheets weren’t fully clean stains. Shower head filthy. Not a place to stay for more than a night if can be avoided.

It was my 1st time in NYC and the security guard and staff are supper nice and helpful. The room is well clean and walking to the subway is just a few mins walk which is convinient and near by food too.

Linen had hair, blanket had blood stain which is gross, walls had so many stains everywhere, furniture in poor condition. For the price not worth it. Staff was alright.
