I stayed at this hotel during my recent trip to New York , and I was very pleased with my experience. The service was excellent – the staff was friendly, helpful, and always available when needed. The cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive; everything was spotless, from the rooms to the common areas. Another big plus was the price. For the quality of service and comfort provided, I found it to be a great value. I chose this hotel specifically for my trip to New York , and I’m glad I did. It made my stay even more enjoyable and stress-free. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area! And the staff at the front desk wonderful , Andres , Maria and other 2 ladies.

Excellent Stay!

This hotel was very nice for the price you pay! Everything was clean and in good working order. It is close to a major subway station so access to just about anywhere in NYC is just a short walk and a subway ride.

The room was just we needed. Centrally located and easy to access subways, convenient, clean. We were on the go so didn’t need anything super fancy, just a clean place to get some sleep. The price was fine for what we needed. Staff were nice!

Great, but elevators are old and need replacing

Staff and accommodations are great, but after multiple visits I've noticed one of the two elevators are constantly out of service. Elevators are slow too-- management might consider closing for a period in quieter months just to fix or replace both elevators at some point.

One of the elevators was malfunctioning and trapped a guest for about 10 to 15 minutes before they were able to pry the door open. This was a known issue but was allowed to stay in operation.
