Loves this hotel. I was able to check in early which was amazing. The room was spectacular. Nice and clean. Modern decoration and vibrant. I had a corner room so I had amazing views of Manhattan and Brooklyn! Some of the best views I e seen of NYC! The staff was very friendly, helpful, professional and courteous. Was a great stay. Will stay again.

The service upon arrival was excellent, as was checkout. Our room was clean and comfortable with an excellent view of the city. I would return to this hotel. It's located in a storage and warehouse area, so the surrounding area isn't very pretty, but if you're taking the train, you'll find a station about a five-minute drive from the hotel. Continental breakfast is included, which isn't bad.

This Hotel has every little parking. My husband and I arrived at 9:30pm and there was no parking available in the parking lot. They front desk staff told us that we had to park on the street at your own risk. This hotel is surrounded by all industrial areas. She proceeded to check us in she was VERY,VERY rude, she did not explain anything about the property. She just took my husband ID and checked us in. She then placed his ID and the room keys on the counter then pick up the phone to speak to another guest that was stuck in the garage. She told the person on the phone that it is the hotel policy to close the garage and a certain time and the guests can’t go back and forth to there can once the doors are closed.
