My room didn’t have hot water, the entire stay. I complain to front desk but was told the hotel was fully booked and most of the hotel did not have hot anyway.

I checked in at this hotel on June 21, 2025. Upon check-in the gentleman at the counter charged me $150 incidental fee and on the guest information form he gave me to fill out said $125 incidental fee. I feel I was taken advantage of and called the manager and left a voicemail and sent him an email but no response. Also the room had only 1 light which was located on the right side of the bed in the entire room and the desk had no lamp.

I stayed here with my gf for 3 nights. Upon arrival every time an order would be placed to meet the person in the lobby the staff at the front would just send them to my room. I found out on the last day this was not suppose to happen. The floors of the hotel room outside of the bathroom was filthy and covered with dirt. And on our last day, the elevator was out of service for well over seven hours, forcing me and my girlfriend to have to carry all of our luggage down seven flights of stairs just to check out because staffing had no ETA on when they would fix the elevator. Overall, I would not stay at this property again. I read reviews online talking about the elevators, having consistent issues and thought perhaps that was a fluke or just a one off thing it would seem that what people are saying online regarding it is true.

Room sofa bed matress, so bad... couldn't sleep on it. Room floor, white socks were brown fast. Looking at floor after that, could tell had not been cleaned for LONG time. Toilet was actually not flushed and a bit dirty when we first got into the room. Truly, horrifically dirty. Very disappointed in Holiday Inn Express.

The hotel offered no on site parking. There was street side parking but all of that was taking because it was a busy major street. And the cops and ambulances were driving with their horns and sirens!!! The hotel was in the ghetto!!!
