Located in a good area with lots of restaurants nearby. The elevator system needs an overhaul. Lines for the lift were common place. Also I cannot understand how rooms could be located between two elevator shafts. I was assigned one of these but luckily I was moved to another room.

This was my second time staying at this property. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. The only unfortunate things that were that there was no working AC in the lobby and there was only one working elevator. Ironically, these same things were an issue my last stay in 2019. I was a little bummed but I believe the staff did everything they could about the situation. The room was clean and tidy and I am overall pleased with my stay.

The property is located in a really convenient area, we were able to walk to at least half of the things we wanted to do and the rest were an easy subway ride, there are a few subway stations within less than 5 min of the front door. The staff were above and beyond kind and helpful at all times. My main complaint is the elevator situation kind of sucked. They are very very tiny and sometimes take forever to arrive. The rooms are also very small which I didn’t have an issue with but it was just my teenage daughter and I, had there been one more person it would have been pretty cramped. There is plenty of restaurants nearby and all the necessary shops (groceries, drugstores etc) which is helpful because their little store at the hotel itself really didn’t carry much more than your average vending machine.

The hotel staff is wonderful But the property is in rough shape. Recent floods took a toll on the elevators and lobby ceiling The USB ports in our room didn’t work
