Great location but at check in I was charged a different amount than what I was told online. When the front concierge explained it to me, there was still a good amount that was unaccounted for that did not include tax tax or the holding deposit.

Fantastic, cost efficient option in a safe and walkable area. Just a short subway ride away from Times Square or Central Park with plenty to do closer by as well. Room was on the smaller side but clean and well kept.

Booked 2 rooms months in advance, called to verify that the two rooms were next to each other and whoever I talked to assured me they were next door to each other on the same floor. On arrival, the 2 rooms were 11 floors apart. We were told that to get 2 rooms next to each other we would have to remove our stuff from both rooms for a full day and carry it around the city with us while they shuffled things around and figured out where they could put us. Pretty frustrating

I really enjoyed my stay here! The room wasn’t huge but I knew that going into it. We were on the 3rd floor. Elevators worked well and quickly. I really enjoyed the walk in shower but the water temperature wouldn’t stay consistent. Overall I was pleased!
