I was very disappointed there was no microwave or refrigerator in the room, very disappointed for a Hilton product…. I paid alot for that room and I feel like I should be compensated for the inconvenience. I could not even keep water in the room.

The hotel was very easy to get to, the room met our needs for the weekend. The neighborhood felt safe and walkable. The Marina walkway was also a plus.

The hotel is clean, but frequently the front desk was not staffed. Moreover, when it was, the clerk was unprofessional. The breakfast was also late and had limited options. Management, if you're listening, you had better wake up. I've stayed at this property twice and the first experience was much better. I'll be looking for other options next time.
