had an excellent stay at the hotel I would have given it five stars, except for the fact that the hotel does not have enough elevators for the size of the place. There were times where it could take 8 to 10 minutes to get downstairs from a high floor. They need double the amount of elevators. also logistically, the breakfast was very difficult. Too many people into too small of a place. Those were my only complaints and with those, I would still stay there again.

Broadway Musicals so close, and service welcoming.

Great stay start to finish, location especially . Bed was too soft for me, but overall nice quiet room. I also liked the text message service to ask how we were - they answered any questions right away. Better than going to desk with issues etc. Breakfast was fine even though crowded, everything kept nice and clean.

We had an amazing experience! The location was fabulous and walkable. The staff was great and the breakfast was perfect for the family. The room was super clean and quite large for NYC. We will definitely be back next year! Can't wait.

Cons: Breakfast and entrance areas are so crowded and not accommodating, too many people during breakfast time, can't even get anything with long lines. Elevators very slow to respond and small for more than5 people. Facility and rooms are very clean. Staff is very friendly, location is perfect.
