Stayed for 3 nights with my 10 yr old daughter to do sightseeing. Hotel is the perfect location as we made it to Central Park and all the way to 9/11 Memorial and Statue of Liberty with no problem at all. We walked to Times Square each night to check out different things going on. Hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The restaurant was great for a late night snack. Breakfast was busy with limited seating but the food was good and we ate in our room. We plan on returning in September to see a show on Broadway and I already booked our stay here for that. Highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms are small, but it works for 3 people if you utilize the closets and drawers. Breakfast was decent-try an omelet. Evening reception was nice. Staff was excellent. This hotel is perfect if you like to walk to Broadway and Central Park. We even walked to the MET and the Museum of Natural History but ot os a hike.

Located close to Times Square, very much walkable. Everything was close by. Checked out on Sunday morning and there was only 1 staff. It took more than an hour to complete the check out.

Average, but great location for Penn Station

Stayed at this hotel several time with good results. This time: 1) Room not ready by check in time, 2) inconsistent temperature all night...hot, then cold, 3) Fire alarm went off at 7:30am...no communication and woken up earlier than we wanted. Average stay at best.

Wow! The best customer service ever! dinu @the desk for airport. Transfers was great. He went out of his way to help us when our flight was delayed. He kept our car ready for us even though we were late. If you ever go there, make sure you book Your transportation with DINU. The front desk ladies were amazing. Really good customer service everywhere around the hotel.

The hotel was not as clean as other Embassy Suites I've stayed in. It is close to Times Square so it's not quiet. It's convenient to Times Square, Empire State Building, Summit One Vanderbilt, Broadway and transportation. Walkable. I think the staff do the best they can but it is a really busy area and a really busy hotel. Kudos to Dinu for all his help. Breakfast was ok.

This hotel offers excellent customer service and hosts great social events for guests. The food and drinks were outstanding, especially the chef's omelettes. Happy hour was enjoyable. I had an amazing time.

Almost everything was great. Two things needed some adjusting. One, we were in Room 3900 and the television was at a 90 degree angle to the bed. Not comfortable. The second thing was there was no room for storage for clothes and haberdashery. We were there for 5 days and we had to go in and out of our luggage to dress and use good hygiene. Futhermore, all that was needed was a couple of shelves in the bathroom as there was usable wasted space in there. Otherwise, everything else was great. Kevin is an exceptional worker on the fourth floor. His service was second to none. The front desk and your general manager were fantastic. We suggest you make those slight changes and my wife and I will exclusively stay at your hotel every time.
