Grear hotel.

They have great service from the front desk to the manager that took time to speak with us. My friends had an incident with their shower and he took care of the issue in a minute. Great!!!. It will be nice if the fix the shower doors We have to use the towels to clean the water coming out by between the shower doors. Continental breakfast needs to be improved. It was terrible.

Everything was spot on! We would stay here again! Only critique as a female is.. there is only one mirror which is positioned on a wall with no natural lights, no hand held shower and no mention beforehand of $250 security deposit.

Fantastic

This hotel is in a fantastic location and if you get a room over the city, you can see Times Square. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The rooms were roomier than I thought they were going to be based on other reviews. We will definitely be coming back.
