The elevators in this hotel aren’t ideal. You often have to wait 10-15 minutes or take the very narrow stairwell. I was traveling with a toddler and walking up and down the stairs was a lot.

Air was either too cool and when you cut down it got too hot there was no in between. I was HIGHLY unsatified with the elevator service. We were on the 30th fl. and only one working elevator when it was time to check out. Then front desk lied twice saying they would send someone up to get up and NEVER did we waiting 36 min for an elevator. The rooms were small so not the best hotel for a long term stay.

The room was nice but the wait for the elevator with no air condition was not good. there was up to 10-12 people in the elevator and still people waiting , no a/c in it . . . that was not good at all.While there were stairs, to climb 39 flights of them was not something bearable. Also the ice not being available in the floor was not good.

Over all very happy with house keeping staff . Friendly and obliging The ladies on the front desk none of them had proper public relation No smiles not really making you feel welcome. I was on an interview and my wife was checked into the wrong room which was a double bed. We reserved a king bed and they told my wife that since we booked through Expedia that was the only option. I complained to the manager that Expedia rooms are guaranteed. The AC was insane loud, the parking garage was insane far to walk, almost needed an Uber, hotel validated my ticket but the garage didnt know how to redeem so I paid full price. Elevators are super small and slow. Never will I stay here again.

Front desk and staff were all very good. Room was basic but clean, a little worn but nothing too bad. Area was great, near really good subways. Only thing that let this down was we weren't able to check in until an hour or two after due to, a lot of a waiting around as a result, we put our bags away but after a long trip we just wanted to wash off and get out and about. But overall a good stay

The property was in a decent location. There were several options for eating. It was a walkable distance to some major attractions. (9/11 Memorial, ferry to Statue of Liberty, NYSE and some other fun sites). The building itself was well taken care of. Two complaints would be that the ice machine nearest our floor was broken our entire time there and for some reason we were unable to get cold water in our room. BUT those two points weren’t enough to change the overall fact that this was a very nice place to stay.
