Our stay at DoubleTree by Hilton was pleasant overall. The staff were attentive and helpful throughout, which we truly appreciated. However, the cleanliness standards left room for improvement. At one point, the corridor had an unpleasant odour. Once reported, the team responded promptly, took ownership of the issue, and arranged for the carpet to be cleaned and shampooed. Their swift action was commendable, though we hope to see more consistent upkeep in future stays.

Disappointed in my room accommodations!

My trip was okay. When we got there we ask about a refrigerator was told that we would have one in a little while. All night nothing, next day we were out, come in to still no refrigerator and no microwave. I’ve never stayed in. Hilton Doubled Tree and not had the convenience of home. The staff was amazingly kind, could not make it happen. Thank you

This Doubletree is a good property. The staff and service was great. The location is good lots of restaurants, accessible public transportation, both subway bus in ferry however there is one major issue only three elevators for a very large hotel so we spend a lot of time waiting for the elevator, either at the ground floor or at the floor where our room once I don’t know if there’s a The location is great, with numerous restaurants and accessible public transportation, including the subway, bus, and ferry. However, there’s a significant issue: the hotel only has three elevators for a very large building. Consequently, we often spent a considerable amount of time waiting for the elevator, either at the ground floor or on the floor where our room was located. I’m not sure if there’s a solution to this problem, but it was certainly not enjoyable, especially during the scorching summer days we were there.

Loved the area! Not busy like upper Manhattan but plenty of places to eat and stations/bus stops nearby to travel anywhere you need! I already knew about this going into my trip, but if you don’t want to wait extended amounts of time for elevators, I would choose somewhere else. Besides that, the staff is very friendly and I always returned to my room clean and tidied up.

Very nice place to stay. Staff is very kind. Rooms are decently sized. The hotel is in a very convenient area, subway access is around the corner, lots of food options near by. It’s in a chiller area which is nice, but it’s not too far from everything
