Very nice and helpful staff. Conveniently located to downtown, wtc, dumbo etc…. Problems arise with the elevators. Very small and only 3 serve the whole building. Waited almost 10 minutes this morning for my elevator. Not sure what can be done about it but was in a rush and this did not help

There is no pool here

It’s NYC so the room was small, but affordable compared to surrounding options. There is no pool here. The listing says there is a 21+ pool and that is not true. 46 floors and 3 slow elevators. Location is good. A couple great bars and restaurants right outside. The staff was super friendly, and the complimentary cookies were really good!

Room is very small, also very close to neighbors, you can hear anything! Shower takes long to warm up. Only 3 elevators and it get really hard to get one on busy hours. Overall not a good experience.
