Would stay again!

Great location and staff were always helpful, friendly, and available. So many great little nooks and lounging/eating spots on site. Staying on top floor (26) definitely helped with drowning out any city noise - down side: with only two elevators there could be a bit of a wait during busy morning rushes and stairs were once a last resort. Rooms feel smaller than online pics but well kept and comfortable for 4 adults. We did have to shuffle our suitcases around daily as there is minimal storage (hanging or drawers/shelves) available but it wasn’t a big deal to us, we knew we were paying for location and the modern touch. The windows were everything and made the smaller room feel open and bright. We got the city lights view and happy we did! Oh and late night food grab: the River food market on 34th is 24hrs - delicious sandwiches, etc.

I almost felt like I was at an all-inclusive resort in the Caribbean! The offered us a complimentary cocktail the day we checked in, a discount on food, free popcorn, complimentary water bottles each day, water machine to fill up our water bottles. I would definitely stay there again! Only downside was that there was nowhere to sit. We had 2 people in the room and only one chair so we had to sit on the bed, which I don't like doing.

I had a great stay, the check- in process was great. The room was clean and close to everything that I needed. The price was affordable for the location as well. Only thing I will complain about is there was a weird smell, when the air turned off it smelled like a damp smell from the AC unit and the shower door was backwards it swung in instead of out. Also, the elevators were a downer. There was a few ppl complaining about the wait times and we had to stuff ourselves in there.

Our standard room was modern and comfortable. I was surprised that it didnt have a small fridge at best. The shower stall leaked lots of water towards the floor. Nothing a couple used towels couldnt handle. I would definitely stay here again.
