UN DESASTRE TOTAL- experiencia horrible

fue una experiencia terrible. hotel sucio, mala atención en recepción , solo 2 elevadores viejos y lentos, aire acondicionado dañado que no enfría. muy poco confort.habitaciones minimas donde casi hay que saltar sobre la cama para poder entrar. estuvimos 3 noches, la primera en una habitación con aire acondicionado que no funciona. nos cambiaron de cuarto y tampoco enfriaba el aire acondicionado. un hotel en donde cobran casi $400.00 por noche pero pesimo en todo sentido. pasamos la peor experiencia de vacaciones. NO RECOMIENDEN ESE HOTEL A NADIE

Rude staff. Terrible customer service. Doors in the room wouldn’t lock. Coffee machine didn’t work. Doors would get stuck. When requested to speak to the manager, a run around was given, rooms were not fixed or changed. Very disappointed

First thing I noticed arriving was a dead pigeon rotting behind a pillar outside. The room was stuffy the first night. I chalked it up to being sweaty from walking a bunch. The second night felt worse. The staff said they would send the engineer to check the unit. He said the room unit was fine and he would check the unit on the roof. Nothing got better and we were only offered a fan. The next day it still hadn’t been felt with. I asked what could be done or if we could get another room. I was told they couldn’t do that until an engineer looked at the ac unit. No communication or resolution. I came back for the third time and was seeking some sort of compensation and was told that there was no manger and that I would need to call back the next day after 10 to speak to someone. I will be following up but it was egregious that we were stung along like that after paying what we did for 4 nights.

Excellent Customer Service

Great stay; Initially there was an issue with the computer/key system, but the staff was very helpful and went above and beyond to help resolve the issue. Friendly atmosphere and is a great location for the area.

Room was very clean. Housekeeping was very attentive. Front desk full of smiles. Bed was sooo comfy. And it was very quiet. Very walkable area with tons to do in any direction. This is now where I’ll be staying when visiting y family in NY.

The hotel is outdated, the staff is unfriendly, very humid in the rooms, you can hear every car driving by, overall experience was not great. The bed in the first room was good but when they changed us to our second room the pillows and bed were horrible. The location was good, close to markets and plenty of restaurants.

The balcony was a game changer. We stayed for a week and it was nice to enjoy the balcony and the views of the East River and Manhattan. The separate bedroom was also nice to have.
