When we went to the hotel, there were bed bugs and the 2 rooms were not clean at all. We ask them to change the sheets and clean the room and they never did. Terrible experience

En la reservacion seleccione una habitación con una cama y me dieron una habitación con dos cama y además fue en el basement. Hubo mucho ruido por parte del personal. El baño lo habian usado y no lo descargaron. Mi experiencia fue muy desagradable.
The property had a nice sign. The staff was pleasant.
The room itself was filled with holes and a lack of love. It reaked of multiple kinds of smoke, holes in the comforter, walls, rug, etc. Noises from the hallway persisted throughout the night. The toilet had been left unflushed. It was a place that lacked professionalism.
I had to be moved to three different rooms due to the unacceptable state of this hotel. The first room had flickering lights, which could have been bad for anyone with epilepsy. The second had visible handprints on the bedframe, brown debris on the toilet seat, and a blanket with a hole in it—all of which I documented on video. The third room’s AC unit had dirty filters, which caused sore throats for both me and my guest.
This stay was unsanitary and hazardous to our health. I expected much better from a listing on Expedia. I do not recommend this property
The room was basically falling apart. There were broken light switches and stained towels and rags. The bed had a spring popping thru the mattress. They fixed up the lobby nice but nothing else in the hotel is comfortable or appealing. For 2xx/ night they need to do better.
I had to call to request towels because there weren’t any in the room when we got there. Some of the towels had hair and stains on it after waiting 30 mins to get them. The front desk person also forgot my iron, I had to call twice to get one delivered to my room. The TV was great and the area was convenient for what I needed, though.
I checked in and checked right out owner trying to steal my money will not give me a refund.

I was put on the first floor which I greatly appreciate because after my commute to location I wanted to rest prior to hangout with friends. I would love to come back and stay on the 1st floor once again. Not only that room was cleaned and smell of cleaning products which I greatly appreciated. The tv was usable also.
