Expedia lists free Wi-Fi but it is NOT included and costs $40/day in an "urban fee" charged by the hotel once you check-in. The mirror in my unit still clearly looked like someone sneezed on it and it wasn't cleaned. My plumbing leaked and the toilet would run constantly; reported it to the front desk but it was never fixed over multiple nights.

I simply did not like the arthouse at all. The room was dark, the hallway was smelly, the breakfast was pitiful, and the $40 resort fee is absurd. The hotel has no amenities.

Best location, quality and amenities!

We could not have selected a better place for quality, price, location, amenities etc. We thought there were excellent options to eat nearby, close to subway which is a super convenient option and we thought clean. Property is pretty good.. stayed here more than a few times so far...the only thing I have noticed in this trip is that we got our suite facing the street and it was pretty loud through the night well into early morning. But we were able to sleep well as moving kid into a dorm is quite tiring 😜...Other than that inconvenience..everything else is perfect! I really love the helpfulness of the door men. They are really incredible .
