We arrived after a flight from St. Thomas exhausted and hot. The room we were given was 80 degrees the A/C wasn’t working. The janitor came and said there is nothing he can do. Called the front desk and explained that we were given a room on the 3rd floor and that the weather was 100 degrees so it’s hotter than a room on the first floor. The gentleman

The parking lot was very convenient, the staff friendly, and amenities good. However, both rooms that we were allotted during our 13 day stay had faulty WCs. The water level rose so much that my butt would get wet unless I did some yoga like exercises to stay dry! The plumbers who came to repair could do nothing.

Small, traditionally appointed hotel with a great reputation as a convenient, economical alternative. They are in the process of upgrading many spaces but overall the hotel is great. Parking is tight. There is plenty of fast-food and convenience stores in the area, and access to the Cross Island Parkway is literally steps from the lobby. We stay here often and are never disappointed. Avoid the costly Nassau County hotels, as the county line is just a few minutes drive on Northern Boulevard.
