New Rochelle Vacation Packages

Our stay was alright but nothing to rave about. When checking in, the staff person didn't tell us the password for the wifi. When we got to our room, which was attractive enough and clean, we tried to use our room phone to call the desk and get the password, but it was not functioning. We then tried using our cellphone several times to call but no one answered the front desk phone. We were put on hold and hung up after 15 minutes. The sink cabinet was banged up and looked very worn. The cover over the comforter was just a white sheet, not a duvet cover. I wasn't impressed.

Place didn't exist. Host did not respond to requests to clarify check-in. Upon arriving, the location was not as described and an individual who answered the door informed our party this was not a rental property. Had to last minute book elsewhere.

It took calling the booking website customer service to get in contact with the host. I end up getting a different property that the one I reserved but the new on was more bedrooms, at the end I work out but it took some long coy with the host.

great location, with garage spaced ( thought that is a bit confusing to figure out where the space was located); apartment was super comfy, nice size and layout, with living room/open kitchen concept (complete with all cooking and utensils ). Large bathroom w/a nice shower. Towels were wet but we worked that part out. great gym facilities in building and a fun basement equipped with (adult) games! rooftop was not open, even to enjoy the sunny day.. which meant the pool too was not available. I will definitely stay here agin

This is a scam. Arrived at the supposed address only to be met by the owner of the property nextdoor informing me that address did not exist and unfortunately we weren’t the only ones that experienced this. Was a a terrible start to a family vacation, luckily a Hampton inn was right down the road and had vacancies so were able to book same day.

We had a good stay. Like the location and free parking. Planning on going back in September
