The location and property were wonderful. The majority of the staff were friendly and polite, but the staff behind the check in desk could really use some classes on customer service and professionalism in the hospitality sector. Over my stay I had the opportunity to speak and overhear a total of four front desk employees. Not a single smile, no welcome or good afternoon…just basically gave off the impression that they hated their job and didn’t want to be there. The staff who prepared the food for breakfast were 100% more friendly and polite. Hope the right person from corporate sees this.

Would be great to have a breakfast buffet included. But overall I enjoyed my stay. Thank you

The staff were very nice and helpful but the rooms smelled absolutely terrible. We had three rooms and each room smelled weird in a different way. The walls were also thin so you can hear what’s happening in the room next to you.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Westchester Marriott. The hotel was beautiful, the rooms were clean, and everything was well maintained. I had a great experience and enjoyed the few days I spent there. I would definitely stay here again.
