It was a good stay. Beds were only doubles so a little small for 2 people. The room was clean. The only thing that I didnt like was they wouldnt park my car through valet because it had a wheelchair ramp on the back.

Great location and great service

The room was clean, and the bed was soft and comfortable. The floor was quiet, and I was able to get a great night's rest. The breakfast was good, the service was great at the bar, and the front desk clerks were knowledgeable and nice.

Excellent experience at this hotel. Very comfortable beds. Quiet. Was on parade route for Mardi Gras which is great although it does take some clever sidewinding to reach the hotel during the parades because of street closures. Fortunately, I knew the city well enough to get to a place to park and access the hotel. If it’s not Mardi Gras time you can drive right up to the front door and valet park. Will stay here again for sure

Love this place!

Weekday stay for my husband and I. This is my second stay at this location.I like the convenience to the Quarter, Caesar's casino, St. Charles street car stop is right outside the door, Ruby Slipper on Magazine, and Daisy Dukes has two locations very nearby. Access to I10 is a direct shot when you depart. Superdome is walkable which we did for a Saints game in October, but with last week's super cold temperatures, we Ubered to Smoothie King arena for a comedy show and it was about $22. The staff is super friendly and helpful and valet parking is available for a fee. Will definitely stay again!

Location, staff and overall condition of the hotel was good. I had an interior room, which was fine but I did find I needed to get to natural light once I woke up. There is about 5 interior room on each floor. (I.e. no exterior windows)

Listen, this hotel was great!! For me this was my first, but not my last, time vacationing solo. Hotel Indigo is in the perfect location for walking, for catching the bus and/or the streetcar (they both come directly on the side of the hotel). It is in a very safe area and everything you need is one or two blocks away with Canal Street being one block away. My experience in New Orleans (first time) was made better because of the Hotel Indigo. The staff was friendly and very helpful giving suggestions and directions and just ensuring that I had everything I needed. Hotel Indigo will be my place to stay when I return to New Orleans. Oh! Be sure to to the Off/On Citysights red bus...get the two-day option. It comes with a beautiful tour of the Garden District of New Orleans.

Property was very much centrally located. We came as a family trip and it was important to me to feel safe. The green trolly that takes you to the garden district was on the corner of the hotel. Everything was walkable but it was just too cold for us. The rooms were a bit on the small size but very cozy. The bathroom was gorgeous and clean. There was a steamer in stead of an iron in the room which I thought was great actually. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel. The breakfast Avocado toast and açaí bowl were not my favorite. The burger and seafood pasta were delicious. Drinks at the bar were good as well. The people were super friendly and kind.

The staff’s genuine care truly elevated our experience at this hotel. Grant, the bartender on duty, stepped in when I needed help with the menu during an unwell moment after a turbulent flight— he's an absolute sweetheart whose kindness made a lasting impression. Bea, the hostess, offered a warm and seamless welcome that set a positive tone from the start, and Wesley, the doorman, provided courteous and attentive service throughout our visit.
