Middle of the French quarter, easily accessible and central to this great district. Many shops once you leave the touristy streets. Get out and explore, ride the street cars to see NOLA easily and cheaply. Overall a great experience and a nice hotel.

Always a perfect stay. Been staying at this hotel for 35 years. I love it and yes I have stayed at other French Quarter hotels. They make me feel like I’m at home. Bars and restaurants are great. The employees are the best. You won’t regret staying at the RS New Oreleans.

The property is older as you would expect here. The location is nice if you want to walk right out into the heart of the quarter. That’s where the value of the property ends in my opinion. The air really didn’t work in the room, so it was warm all night. Paid xtra for the executive room, but it was just a standard room, not with the upcharge. I needed to check out early due to an illness and they refused to not charge me for the index day. Overall for the money I would choose a nicer property.

Some staff were very friendly. Mr. Wade was awesome. Don't book a room on Bourbon Street if you want to sleep before 4 am. The room was nice it was just a bit pricey for what it was. Other hotels nearby had similar rates and were nicer. Probably won't book here again.

We were there 4 nights. Room cleaning erratic. Had towels with stains 2 nights. Poor quality towels. Stains on the walls from water leaks. Did not refill coffee or cups one night. Location on Bourbon Street is convenient but definitely not worth the price.

All of the staff was super friendly. Door man, front desk and valets were highlights of the stay. Had the Bourbon balcony and although I didn’t stay out super late the outside noise didn’t make it impossible to fall asleep. Parking is easy to find, just put the hotel address in google maps and stay on Conti until you pass the hotel then look to your right. Christmas decorations were amazing, lots of photo opportunities. Everyone greeted my dog and there’s some natural green space for dogs about a 10 minute walk away.
