The Monteleone is always a wonderful stay, this was my second time staying here. Everything is pristine. Housekeeping does an amazing over the top job. The luggage valet room is run extremely well, a wonderful amenity, and the gentleman running it was a gem! This is my go to for any future stays in New Orleans.

Staff was wonderful… hotel was beautiful… restaurant and bar both fantastic. The French quarter is just dirty but not hotels fault. They kept the area immaculate… just around the corner wasn’t great. Loved our stay… this is our second time at Hotel Monteleone.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars based on amenities and customer service alone. We stayed in the iberville tower. The room was a bit small, but it literally did not matter. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the staff was above accommodating to any need that arose, and it is by far my favorite place I have stayed in New Orleans. This was my 8th trip here, as the city calls me back often and I like to try to stay somewhere different each time. It will be difficult for me to find any reason to ever stay anywhere else when I return. Absolutely perfect in every way.

The hotel was awesome. Being from NY I am picky. There was turndown service and housekeeping everyday. The hotel was so clean! The beds were comfortable. I went to the spa and my massage was the best I ever had. The pool was beautiful, however it was too hot to sit on the rooftop to go in. I used the gym one day and there were ice cold towel and it was clean. The restaurant/bar in the hotel was top notch. NYC quality!!! The food and service were outstanding! I would recommend any day.
