The room was nice, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. All of the staff were amazing and very helpful. The concierge gave some good advice on places to eat. The cleaning staff did a great job, the room was always straightened up and well organized when I returned. Went to the Carousel bar, it was pretty cool. It’s a bit of a walk to the garden district (about 40 minutes) but everything else was convenient. I would definitely recommend.

Phone was stolen from bar was missing for almost 18 hours. Bar manager at first said he saw on video who took it and then upon return call he couldn’t tell. The person that returned admitted picking it up out of chair which had camera located right above it so I fell like the hotel bar manager lied to me. I was thankful that I did receive my phone back even though it was missing for 18 hours. I don’t feel like the hotel responded appropriately

We loved having a doorman. They were so pleasant and helpful. Everyone in the hotel was pleasant and friendly. It was the best hotel I have ever stayed in. I would definitely stay there again.

Great hotel

Overall the stay was great. Great service, friendly staff and great looking historical rooms. The only small issue was the room didn't get cold enough. It was comfortable to me because i had a little fan i travel with but to someone else, it may be a bigger problem.

The staff was incredible. Especially, Nolan, Dwight, and Henry as well as the girl at the front desk with long dark hair. I'm embarrassed I can't remember her name... First class, white glove, genuine service. It was my second time staying at this hotel and my mom's first as well as her first time flying. They made sure to make her feel welcome and definitely made us want to come back again very soon! I can't recommend this hotel enough.

The entire stay at this hotel was excellent. I usually pick a new hotel each time I travel to New Orleans. I will not be continuing that trend moving forward. I have found my favorite hotel in New Orleans.

Everything about this hotel was excellent. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. It was clean, the rooms were quiet, and comfortable. The Carousel Bar was a blast too. The bartenders were fun and attentive. We will definitely go back!
