Parking is an additional $40 to park across the street and $50 3 blocks away at another hotel they own. Hotel while beautiful front desk staff is less then accommodating w quite the attitude when asking for additional towels or pillows. The reason you need additional towels is due to the fact they are made for a small child and the pillows the same Hotel is beautiful along with pool area Also charge addition if you bring a guest with you to the hotel🙄

We had a great time here, staff were amazing and the location of the hotel was prime, H&M right across the street for emergency shopping and everything within the French quarter was walkable.

The Front Office Manager Elysia Smith made our stay fantastic. She provide a things to see and do list based on what we wanted. She provided us a fantastic restaurant list of places to eat at as well. Our room was great with a view to the Mississippi River which was across the street. The air conditioning made this waterfall like sound which was very calming and the temperature was consistently at 68 degrees in our room. We slept so well for being away from home. Definitely plan on staying here again when we come to New Orleans.

I've stayed here before. Still the same respectful and helpful staff. They helped anyway they could. They even stored our luggage after checking out and our flight was a few hours away. We will definitely come back!

The hotel had tons of charm and the room was very comfortable. I was surprised that parking was $50 a night and that there was no food available on the property at all (bottled water?) I liked being on a busier well-lit street with shopping and food nearby (felt safer than much of the Quarter.

Charming Hotel conviniently located in the French quaters, but thankfully 3 blocks away from all the activities at bourbon Street. Near all the attractions , less the noise. Safe locatonThe Staff was very nice and courteus. The room was well kept and functional. Highly recomended.

Amazing hotel. I would stay here again and again! Location was amazing. We could walk everywhere in French Quarter. Staff was amazing and so knowledgeable with great recommendations when needed. Courtyard was absolutely beautiful!! So peaceful. We met so many awesome people at the pool. Cannot ay enough about this hotel!!

Great central location for walking to French Quarter, Cafe Du Monde, French Market, Bourban St, Canal St, and Ceasars Casino. Near many, restaurants, shops, groceries and drinks. Hotel was quaint and cozy. It has everything I was expecting for a New Orleans French Quarter hotel. Nice courtyard, some brick interiors walls throughout. Olde New Orleans style with modern amenities. Staff was exceptional. Friendly and helpful. 10/10

This property is in a perfect location! It was easy to safely get to plenty of shops, restaurants & attractions in the area. The court yard was gorgeous. Only a few things kept this stay from being perfect- our AC in an interior/no window room just could not keep up, so it needs servicing. We kept it on 67 (the lowest it would go), and the temp ranged from 72-76. FYI, there is a skylight in the interior room- nice, but not if you try to relax or nap during the day, because the room was SO bright even with no other windows. We could also hear the elevator running every time- not loud, but definitely noticeable and obnoxious at times, even with a sound machine on, so make sure you bring something to drown out those noises. I mistakenly thought the interior room would be dark & quiet, but that just wasn't always the case. Staff was polite & smiling. Others staying at the hotel smoked MJ a lot in the court yard, and I am not a fan of the smell at all, so that was also annoying. The room was clean, the bed was firmer than I prefer but pillows soft and we slept decently for our 3 nights there. The interior room was private right off a stairwell, so didn't hear people coming and going. We didn't test out the pool, but it was small and in their courtyard, so a really pretty scene with vending in the pool room. Overall, very pleased with our stay and the location for the price. Easy access to PJ's coffee next door- necessary because our Keurig was not working.Def recommend this hotel!
