The staff was very helpful. Embassy Suites are always great because of their spacious rooms and manager’s receptions as well as breakfasts. But our specific room was not great with loud air conditioning all night and horrible hot water/drainage. Only there one night so it was fine for what it was. Location was great!

This is an old hotel, not well kept. The rooms are very run down. The bathroom lacked a trash can and was very beat up. There was no soap in the bathroom. When we opened the sofa bed it was dirty and the sofa had random stains. I asked the concierge for help she said she did not work for the company. I asked the front desk and they said they had no other room to give me.
