Upon arrival, the staff was extremely nice and attentive. The room was great. The furniture could use some cleaning, but it was nice outside of that. No mold smell, which is something I've experienced staying in New Orleans several times. The complementary breakfast and kickback was such a nice addition. I will stay here again.

Drury inn come through every time. We tried to put two night stay in through Expedia. It would not take two day only one. When we got to the property we had to set up another night with them. They were very accommodating when we checked back in the next morning they were able to give us the same room so we didn’t have to move.

We had a wonderful stay. Love the free food and drinks. Never stayed at a hotel that gives their guest free food. Hotel was clean and roomy. Short walk to French quarters. Definitely will stay again.

Excellent Stay

We had an excellent time. This was the second time I have stayed at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and good size. The bed was very comfortable, and the full breakfast was an added bonus.

Not what I expected...

We were disappointed in this visit. This Hotel came with some great reviews and I guess we expected to much from them... The service staff was GREAT, so I just wanted to get that said... The Rooms were average, not good not bad... I have stayed at much better Comfort inn and Suites at half the price... The beds were way to soft and I could not hardly walk the next morning, with my back hurting. The couch was stained and made an godafford sound everytime somone sat on it or got up... Also the bathroom door did not have a lock on it, so it made it very awkard when we were staying with friends.

Southern Hospitality at its Best

The whole experience was wonderful. What made it wonderful was the staff who were so friendly and accommodating. The location was good and the meals were great with variety. We will definitely stay again, not so much for the room which was a little cramped, but for the southern hospitality.
