Property is tucked in the mountains. Each treehouse, or glamping, they are spaced far apart for privacy. Each includes a hot tub. Online check in and check out. 4 miles from Hot Springs, and lots to do and see.

Beside the sound of the TV in the lobby (my room was right next to it), the room was quiet. The AC worked well and kept us cool, and with my dust allergies I not acting up I could tell the beds were cleaner than most hotels I have stayed at.

At check in they told me no shuttle was available for my husband at 6am, that’s the main reason for choosing this hotel was the airport shuttle. Get to the room and the AC was OFF! Like to took our breath away it was so hot in the room. Went to the bathroom and it had an moldy mildew smell

We were welcomed nicely BuT the bathroom had mold in the shower which I am severely allergic to. I would not have stayed if I knew. I didn’t see it until morning when I showered.

This hotel was supposed to offer breakfast but didn't. No fruits, yogurt or anything for that matter. Stayed at this hotel 6days and not once did my room was cleaned. Had to ask for towels every day.

READ BEFORE BOOKING: Requested a refund and the hotel is giving the hardest time after the rooms were not up to par. Extremely loud pet/must like odor in the rooms covered up by heavy chemicals. Floors were not clean, stains on both the fooor and the bed. Attempted to request another room with the staff and they were unable to guarantee that any of the rooms were clean. Went to the Comfort Inn down the road and they are far better from the service to the hygienic conditions of the hotel.

Experience was ok, only 2 towels in room had to ask for additional one’s..Shower rod was bent and shower had crack in the wall..Place was sufficiently clean..Very thin blanket on beds. Breakfast was decent
