We requested a handicapped room, mainly for the shower. The room itself was nothing to brag about. The shower, even tho wheelchair accessible, the shower spewed water all over the floor making that slippery, drain wasn't working properly. The shower floor itself was extremly slippery. No place to hold soap. When I called the front desk I had the nicest man help us out. He went above and beyond. Put us in a different room. It had a tub but it wasn't that high. It was so much nicer. Breakfast I skipped due to selection. My husband said both eggs and sausage were cold. That's why my rating is low

Not great.

Check in was messy, system was down and they had to photo copy our credit cards. I had booked two rooms for our party of 2 couples. Each room was registered to appropriate guests but I was charged for both even though they took separate registration and payment info. Our room was extremely dusty and there were burn holes in the bedding. They did have a free breakfast which was good. Will probably not stay at this hotel chain again.

Convenient to airport. Easy parking for long term stay. I wasn't sure about that but my car was fine when I got back. Bed was hard and uncomfortable.
