Check-in was very easy, in fact, we got a room earlier than anticipated, after getting off our cruise. The toilet tank would not fill up with water. It was repaired immediately.! The cable TV wouldn’t work that was also repaired immediately. The food choices for the continental breakfast were amazing! Very convenient for walking anywhere enjoyed staying there tremendously!

Nice hotel on the edge of the French Quarter

IHotel was in a good area to be able to walk to most places easily. Breakfast was good and always had plenty..The only downside was the parking The first night there was no spaces in the parking garage so had to park on the street.Getting our luggage across the street was kinda a chore.The rest of the time we were able to park in the parking garage which was pretty small but definitely better than the street.Other than that it was pefect for us..Will definitely stay here next time we visit New Orleans.

This property has a beautiful courtyard area and pool which was the perfect place to relax after an afternoon of site seeing. The breakfast every morning was incredible with tons of optikns and all of the staff were friendly and ready to assist with any needs. Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel was great, nicely maintained and very clean. All of the staff were wonderful and helpful. It is conveniently located within walking distance of things like bourbon streed, a number of shops and restaurants. The area isnt bad but at night you will see a lot of homeless people sleeping on the street so id say be aware and cautious. The ine thing i wished is that they checked on/ cleaned the rooms more often we went a few days without having our garbage emptied and my moms room ran out of toilet paper.so

Hotel is in a great location. All the staff were attentive, kind and friendly. The courtyard was relaxing. Breakfast was plentiful as was the coffee. The breakfast area could get very busy and seating was limited. Room was very clean and comfortable, although a little dated and dark. Overall was excellent value and would defiantly return.

Excellent location. Good protected parking. Nice staff. Rooms small and outdated. Beautiful courtyard. Rats running around the neighboring houses roofs (which are at the same level as the second floor where we stayed) and the interior courtyard.

Good location and cute little hotel with courtyard. My only issue is our room was facing the road. It was terribly noisy all night long. Try to get a courtyard room.

I have been to New Orleans 3 times, and have stayed at this hotel every time. The staff is excellent!!! The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Especially Darlene (I think that was her name?), always had a smile on her face. And offered to assist with anything that she could. The only thing that wasn’t good was there were some sort of tiny ants in and around the sink. Otherwise, the hotel is clean. And fairly newly renovated. The lobby and common areas are all different from the last time that we stayed. I’m a little sad, that they took away the New Orleans vibe of the decor. But, it did need an update. The neighborhood is on the edge of The Quarter, so convenient to the action, but not so loud. And easy access to the trolley, bus, or for Uber/taxi pick up. I would recommend this hotel. And would definitely stay again.
