Building is very old and some rooms are being renovated. The AC unit was leaving a musty mildew smell in the room. Unavoidable in the summer I’m sure. However, it was very clean, staff was very kind.

The property was good. Wonderful open-air courtyard, nice pool, great breakfast, clean rooms, friendly staff. Parking is hard. Leave your Hummer at home. Limited space, VERY tight spaces but it is secure. Need to remember you're in a very historic place. They utilize ALL space, EVERYWHERE in New Orleans.

Front desk staff, incredibly friendly and0 helpful. Parking was weird. Finding the elevators was weird. Our parking spot was very far away from room. Bed comfy, clean, shower was great. Loved the bodywash, shampoo, and conditioner the choose. I do wish there was a small fridge in room. Some our items went bad due to no fridge. The place itself is absolutely beautiful

Great location

Great location just blocks from it all. Nice room with comfortable beds. Ac worked ok and breakfast was great. Parking is additional but well worth it. Pool was nice and staff was helpful. I will stay there again.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Armstrong park. It is also walk-able to the French quarters - Bourbon and Royal streets. I liked their free breakfast options, especially the espresso machine that's available. They also have a bar in the lobby area. It was an affordably priced and convenient option for me and my family.

The property has on going renovations and generally clean, although the room decor is outdated, but decent. Just make sure your TV works and and the iron and ironing board is free from defects. The breakfast was good and the lobby and bar is nice 👌
