Great hotel. Very nice and friendly staff. Easy access to areas to eat and shop around the hotel. Plus close to bourbon street. We parked in the garage behind the hotel for only 25 per day. Which was very convenient. Would stay there again.

So we were ready to love this hotel, we chose it for the location and the aesthetics. When we checked in the staff seemed courteous and nice, we were there for 5 days during a busy festival but the hotel was pleasantly quiet. Our room was fine except that the toilet didn't flush properly and the room layout meant any issues would affect the entire room. Then we called to ask about the pool only to be informed that it was closed for maintenance and would be for most of our stay. We were frustrated that this hadn't been disclosed upon check in but moved on. The second day of our stay there was a fire alarm and an automated voice telling us to evacuate via the stairs. When we reached the lobby after descending the 15 flights of stairs we were told that it was a mistake and that the alarm had been stopped for “a while”. However the staff seemed unaware that there are no speakers in the stairwell so me and the other guests would have had no way to hear it. When we rode the elevator back up to our floor we saw people in the pool. When we called down to the front the same person who had told us the pool was closed, the same person who had just been speaking with us, told us that it had opened. I understand that most of these things were outside of the staffs ability to control but the cavalier way that they treated any inconvenience that we experienced felt like poor customer service to me.

Easy walk to French Quarter and plenty of shops and places to eat very close. Quick Uber to superdome as well. I stayed on floor 16, shower had barely any water pressure and you had to flush to toilet several times to just get the paper down.

Very modern hotel. Stayed 3 nights July 2025. All staff were welcoming & friendly. We had a city view room on 17th (top) floor. Lovely room, clean, complementary quality toiletries, really good air con. Great furnishings, lovely large bed, great hairdryer, complementary safe, complementary bottled water (one per day). You have to use yr room key to access the lift which gives a nice level of security. Extremely quiet once in room, never heard another guest. Unfortunately didn't get chance to use the pool, but the area looked clean. The one night we did decide to use the onsite restaurant they were only doing pizza, we opted to eat elsewhere, shame as the bar area did look really nice & welcoming. Perfect location for Bourban Street. If you book the Big Bus tour, the stop (no. 6) is just a 5 min walk round the corner. Walgreens on corner of block. Highly recommend this hotel and if ever we find ourselves back in NOLO, this would be our 1st hotel choice.

It's location is so convenient within minutes of everything from clothing shops, dining spots, celebratory locations and pharmacies. Everyone who worked the front desk were extremely awesome definitely would stay there again.

After 24 hours of driving for our vacation of a lifetime, we were exhausted. My gf wanted to shower and I laid down to sleep. I didn’t even have my eyes closed for 5 minutes before she was asking me to come check because the water wasn’t getting warm. She was right. No hot water. It wasn’t even like warm. Called the engineer up, he gave some long story about how boiler systems work and that they aren’t having an issue anywhere else but our room and we just needed to let the water run to make it hot. I called Marriott Bonvoy and that kicked them into gear they then finally offered a new room and asked us to pack up. We packed and vacated the old room, just to have to sit in the hallway and wait for almost an hour because they deactivated our key cards and you need them to use the elevator. Nice hotel from the outside looking in, awful first hand experience. Fire alarms going off constantly and the alarms manually shut off without properly checking for a fire. Rude staff, had issues having key cards activated.
