While the hotel provides a hot breakfast from 7–10 AM and parking, the elevator system is completely unacceptable and a major safety hazard. In order to use the elevator, guests are required to call the front desk to have it sent to their floor. This is an outdated and highly inconvenient system, especially when no one is available at the reception desk or answers the phone.
My family experienced this firsthand. They were stuck waiting for the elevator while no one at the front desk responded to multiple calls. With no one present at the reception and no other way to access the elevator, my family was forced to carry their luggage down six flights of stairs.
This is not a minor inconvenience — it’s a serious safety risk. In the event of an emergency, guests could be left without a reliable way to exit the building. This process is completely unacceptable, and hotel management must address this immediately for the safety, accessibility, and basic comfort of their guests.
