Staff was not friendly or welcoming, room service was not room service and we had to go get it, and half their online menu they no longer serve idk why they haven't updated it, there was no tv guide for available channels, and the shower was gorgeous but the shower gel spat out gross black specs.

My duvet comforter had stains on it. I asked for a replacement and they just kept bringing me different sheets. There was also fruit flies in the room. The walls are also very thin so I could hear my neighbors TV and conversations.
