While the room was nice I was very annoyed the air unit was not kicking on when I tried to turn on the heat. I have a 1 year old and it was a cold night so the room was cold. I called the front desk to let them know that it’s not kicking on, the lady let me know that there was not there to look at it. So I simple said okay then I’m willing to switch rooms she told me to hold on then came back and told me that she can not switch my room either so I told her the options at this point is fix it, switch rooms or give me a refund because I am not allowing my 1 year old stay in the room with no heat, she said she would come look 30 minutes later she comes up to the room thankfully I got it to kick on but unplugging it.

Everything was great all the way around. Just a little fyi the bathtub was extremely slippery. That would worry me for an older crowd. Very very slippery. Be cautious of this. Otherwise great place.

The room was great very comfortable. There was some noise (music) after 11pm and had to put ear buds in to sleep but overall we had a.grear expérience. The check in person around 11pm was very helpful when we had some check in challenges. The breakfast was good. I would come here again

Clean room, staff was exceptional and pool/waterslide was awesome! Only small complaint is they need stronger wi-fi that covers all rooms (we were on end of hall and constantly cut in and out).

Both bathroom and sink had terrible drainage issues. There are a few rust spots in the bathroom. There is no password to wife, hence not safe to join.can’t use for work.
