Management was rude right off the bat when we got our room. My grandchildren came to visit and we were not allowed to use the pool. Padlocked!!! No one used the pool the whole time we were there. The breakfast they offered was not much at all. Waffle batter and syrup, scrambled eggs, toast. Some cold cereal. If you didn’t get down early enough, eggs and stuff was gone because not enough was put out. And because we didn’t want anyone in our rooms we didn’t want maid service, needed clean towel's we put the used ones outside of our door. Management said he couldn’t pick the towels up. So he brought a basket and had me throw the towels over the banister, we were on the second floor. Made us feel like it was a total inconvenience to get clean towels. We were totally dumbfounded by the whole experience! Sorry to say we won’t be back to stay there!

Loved the King suite. The shower and bathtub were amazing. The rooftop pool was very nice.

The pillows were fluffy and comfortable; however, I brought my own, so I didn't end up using them. The room was just as spacious as advertised. While the hotel itself has been nicely updated, the guest rooms feel dated and should be renovated to match the modern aesthetic of the rest of the property. It is true that the hotel is a bit hidden, as others have mentioned, but I expected this from reading previous reviews; as long as you follow your GPS, it is no problem to find. On a positive note, the breakfast was good. One minor inconvenience was the lack of complimentary bottled water for making coffee in the room.

You get charged more than What your initial confirmation states

The motel is super cute, and the staff were extremely helpful, courteous and professional. The bed was also comfortable and it was very clean. My only issue was that the water pressure in the sink was low. And the shower was low also, but not as much as the sink. Just fyi, we stayed in #6. In addition, we traveled with another couple who also stayed there. Since the rooms are a little small, we asked the manager if we could take some chairs and a small table from the lobby/patio area, and she was more than happy for us to do that. Again, the staff were very accommodating, just the water pressure was a little off for me.
