When we first walked in room there were 2 bugs crawling on bed. Then seen several large ants crawling on cover of bed.

The room was so humid, literally everything was damp, including the bed. The carpet had a large melted spot. No coffee in the room. Just not a comfortable stay at all. We left a day early with no refund.

Great customer service. Parking is great. You have your basic breakfast but staff is on top off it when something is running low. Great location from outlet, TXST, San Marcos River and many other attractions. Hotel is a little outdated but kept clean.
