Where do I began…… First,when I arrived they couldn’t find my reservation by Expedia so I had to wait an hour to go back through the reservation process. Never felt so humiliated. I had paid for three rooms each with King size beds. But because of the mixup they could only accommodate me for two K and one Q. The blue tooth/alarm was broken and when I pulled the desk out that it was sitting on from the wall/floor was filthy and dusty. I immediately call the front desk, a lady came up and tried to fix and say her phone and keys on my clean bed. Then she explained that it was broken and couldn’t replace it and this is the same room that gave me instead of the room I chose. I showed her the dirty floor and dusty walls behind the desk, she sent house keeping up to clean but she on vacuumed, the plug is still dusty as I type ( I have video footage). The next day I reported to them that one of the rooms had aloud noise and was that keeping my mother up ( we were there three days.) I reported it but no one ever came. The next day we went swimming and when I tried to use the pool restroom outside but it was locked. I knocked, I waited no one never answers . Now there is a sign with rules that ask the guest to completely dry off before entering the building so I had to dry off and then go inside the hotel to use the restroom. Upon departure we noticed that there were no available baggage carts so we had to take our bags due. Three floors with multiple trips. etc….
