The biggest issue during our stay was being woken up at 5 a.m. by very loud stomping from children in the room above us. The noise was disruptive enough to wake our entire family. While we understand that children can be active, it's disappointing that the parents didn’t take responsibility and ask them to be quiet and considerate of guests sleeping below. We do appreciate that the staff made multiple attempts to address the situation, but unfortunately, the noise persisted. What was also disappointing is that, despite the disturbance and impact on our stay, no compensation or gesture was offered to acknowledge the inconvenience we experienced.

When I went to La Quinta hotel, the experience was excellent. The staff, the food, the cleaning crew, and the entire place were all outstanding. The staff was very friendly, and I highly recommend it to anyone traveling in that area. Everything was clean, and the hygiene standards were top-notch. It’s one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in San Marcos. I felt completely safe, and you can easily walk to the nearby shopping center. I 100% recommend this place!

Nice stay

The hotel is at an excellent location for tire outlets and down town San Marcos. It is clean and the ladies at the front desk were very nice. Breakfast could be better, very standard. They were having issues with the keys not unlocking the side doors and their little fridge kept tipping over, the drawers in the chest of drawers kept sliding out, they wouldn’t stay closed.
