the property itself was lovely, however, the lighting outside our bedroom window was like we had a light on in the room as there weren't any blackout curtains which would have made for a better night sleep! We ended up leaving a day early.

The presidential villa we stayed in felt like home away from home. The view looking over Canyon lake was breathtaking. The pool was great. We will definitely be back. The staff was also incredibly sweet.

Place was very nice and will definitely be coming back ! Kids enjoyed onsite arcade room and games as well as the theater. Close distance to restaurants if you choose not to eat there. Short drive to several canyon lake entrances

Check room before carrying your things up

1st room we were given was not up to par. Very out dated, had a smell upon arrival, kitchen cabinet off henges, stains on sofa, a toilet didn’t flush. Could not get a hold of front desk so I had to drive back to office area to voice concerns. Front desk had to put work orders in to get concerns corrected. We just asked to be switched to another room. New room had been updated and was clean ready to go. After initial check in, our trip was great.

I was a little worried when I saw we were on the 4th floor. Looked around and there was an elevator. YAY! Walked in and it felt like we walked into a catalog. The beds were so comfortable. Will stay again
