Expected better maintained room

The room appeared clean and tidy at first entering. The shower door was out of alignment which caused water pooling when showering more than the bath mat could handle. The caulking around the shower was old and globbed on and unsightly. I liked the towel rack inside the shower and the shampoo, conditioner, and shower get dispensers were full and secure to the wall. I would have appreciated a brief discription of the breakfast protocol. Coffee and some fruit are incudled with stay, but hot food options are fee for seevice. We ate off site. The coffee bar was well stocked and the coffee was fresh.

We had just gotten settled in our room when someone who checked into the same room online tried to gain access. Then the manager came to our door and I had to get out of bed and show ID to prove who I was. It was extremely inconvenient and confusing because the girl from the front desk that had just checked us in was standing next to the manager at our door.

Easy to drive where I needed. Toilet tissue was sparse but we got through. No restaurant and I never saw the bar staffed. Many places to eat close by so it was not a problem. I would stay here again.
