Not as nice as it seems

Nice looking hotel from afar but up close you can see how cheaply it was remodeled. The leather headboard was peeling, bottom of the door was cracked off, lamp shade was missing. But the staff were great.

Here’s a more professional and clear rewrite of your message: ⸻ I’d like to begin with the most pressing issue. After checking out, we realized we had accidentally left a Yeti Tupperware container in the mini fridge. When we contacted the property to inquire about it, we were informed that the item was no longer there and that they were unable to identify who had cleaned or serviced the room. What’s concerning is that several items were left in the fridge: an unopened can of Coke Zero, an unopened can of Monster Energy, an open container of cheese, a container of pickles, some ice cream, and the Yeti Tupperware. When staff checked, the Coke, the energy drink, and the Tupperware were missing—while everything else remained. This strongly suggests that someone took those specific items. Additionally, we encountered a few maintenance issues during our stay: • The toilet was clogged upon arrival. • The shower had very low water pressure. • There was a persistent unpleasant smell on the first floor. We hope these concerns are addressed appropriately, as they significantly impacted our experience.

Room was pretty clean, I’m not sure if it’s just me but hotel cleanliness has gone down hill. They only clean your room every 3 days or if you request it and it’s not promised. They also charged me an extra $50 on top of my price and deposit and said it was a “system error.” Breakfast was mediocre. Both days they served the same thing, NO EGGS. Thermostat in the room won’t change the temp it was just on and off, no in-between. But it wasn’t terrible and it was a decent price. I think next time I’ll just pay the $50 extra and stay at holiday inn

Could here room next door moving around and closing bathroom door and using the water, etc. Room was average but smelled musty and very damp the whole time. Brkfst looked good, but lady didn’t know what was in the gravy to avoid a food allergy so I avoided it. Receptionist got the job done but wasn’t friendly or conversational like the one we had last time we were there that was really friendly.

Raddison expense for Super 8 quality. You can tell that this used to be a nice property. But now it is being run as cheaply as possible. After a long day at the water park, just leave your swimsuit on. It's not going to dry out in these musty rooms anyway. In fact, things that start out dry will end up musty and damp in these high humidity rooms. Besides, everybody else is wearing swimsuits, some of them even fit. At least the dank mustiness of the rooms helps cover the dank weed smell from the hallway. Don't expect to get much sleep because the people in the other rooms aren't there to sleep. The breakfast is disappointing, and crowded. The furniture is shabby and dirty. They only clean the rooms every three days, and it shows. The trash cans in front were overflowing the entire time we were there. Not only will I never stay at this property again, I will avoid all Country Inn and Suites from now on.

The employees were super kind, especially Angel! The only downside was my room was leaking from the ceiling and my luggage happened to be right underneath that area and most of my clothes got wet. Angel responded quickly and moved us rooms, offered all laundry care and was just overall courteous and kind.

There were dead and alive bugs in the room, water pressure was extremely low. Kept tv on all night to drown out the Loud noises in hallway. Around midnight heard a loud bang that sounded like a gunshot.
